1. Service Overview
StreetStrike provides a postcard marketing platform for UK tradespeople. Our service enables you to design, print, and deliver postcards to residential addresses via Royal Mail. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and operating as a legitimate UK trade business.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- StreetStrike offers card packs (pay as you go) and an optional monthly membership (£29/mo)
- Card packs are one-time purchases: Strike (60 cards, £119), Double Strike (120 cards, £219), Dominator (300 cards, £499)
- Members receive a discounted card rate of £1.49/card (vs £1.99 PAYG)
- Unused cards roll over for 30 days (PAYG) or 90 days (Members), then expire
- Cards are non-transferable between accounts
- Cards are deducted when a campaign is submitted for printing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal
- All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable
4. Postcard Content
You are responsible for the content of your postcards. You agree not to:
- Include false, misleading, or deceptive claims
- Impersonate another business or individual
- Include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Violate any advertising standards or consumer protection laws
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk mailings unrelated to your trade work
We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that violates these terms.
5. Printing and Delivery
- Postcards are printed and delivered by our partner Stannp via Royal Mail
- Standard delivery is 3-5 business days; Priority Strike (1st Class) is 1-2 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery delays or failures
- Once a campaign is submitted for printing, it cannot be cancelled
6. QR Code Tracking
Each postcard includes a unique QR code that directs recipients to your chosen destination (website or WhatsApp). We track scan activity (timestamp, approximate location) to provide campaign analytics. Recipients are not required to scan the QR code.
7. Cancellation, Refunds & Chargebacks
Card Packs (PAYG & Member):
- Before any cards are used: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@streetstrike.io.
- After cards have been used (campaigns submitted for printing): No refund is available for used cards. Used cards represent a physical product (printed postcards) that cannot be reversed.
- Partially used packs: We may refund unused cards at our discretion, minus any applicable processing fees.
Membership (£29/mo):
- Cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial billing periods.
- Remaining cards in your balance stay available for 90 days after cancellation.
Chargebacks:
By purchasing card packs or a membership, you acknowledge that each transaction is legitimate and authorised. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (requesting a refund from your bank for a legitimate purchase) is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. We maintain full transaction records including purchase confirmation emails, campaign submission logs, and delivery tracking data, which we will submit as evidence in any dispute. If you have a billing issue, please contact us at support@streetstrike.io before contacting your bank — we aim to resolve all issues within 2 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
StreetStrike is a marketing tool. We do not guarantee any specific business results, conversion rates, or return on investment. Projected revenue figures shown on our platform are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial projections.
Our liability is limited to the value of card packs purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused cards may be refunded at our discretion upon account closure, in line with the refund policy in Section 7.
10. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all photos, logos, and content you upload to StreetStrike
- By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for printing your postcards and displaying previews within your account
- We will not use your uploaded content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
- The StreetStrike platform, branding, templates, and software remain our intellectual property
11. User-Uploaded Content
When you upload images or other content to StreetStrike (including cover photos, logos, and any other media), the following terms apply:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to use any images you upload for marketing purposes.
- You must not upload images containing identifiable personal information — including visible number plates, faces, or other personal data — without the consent of the individuals concerned, or without first applying appropriate blurring or redaction.
- StreetStrike is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal action arising from content uploaded by users, including but not limited to copyright infringement, privacy violations, or data protection breaches.
- We reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove any uploaded content that we reasonably believe violates these terms, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties, without prior notice.
- By uploading content, you grant StreetStrike a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the sole purpose of producing, previewing, and delivering your postcard campaigns.
12. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@streetstrike.io. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer the matter to the UK's alternative dispute resolution service or the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
